The Freight Quote forms was a rather important part of the site to the client so we spent extra time on the design and functionality of the forms. We had some issues with mail delivery from the forms to their Outlook inbox’s and ended up using a 3rd party mail service/API called Mailgun that had a lot better delivery rate than the regular PHP mail.
