NodeJS Embeded Google Maps with Radar Overlay

This was part of a expansion to a learning project that I did about a year ago. Basically I found an API that offered live radar data in image format that you can overlay on a Google Map generated by the Google Maps API. The radar overlay updates every second and displays the last 30 minutes of radar moment in an animation for whichever maps/cities you search.
