I've been with ITS Consulting for about 6 years now, where I am presently the web department team lead. As the all powerful Team Lead my responsibilities include, meeting with clients, writing quotes, planning and executing projects, managing the team's time and focus, educational planning, general department operations, and of course, writing the most complicated of code... As well as telling jokes to boost the ever so !important team moral.
